FAQ
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
You can also elect to opt-in to SMS/Text alerts at the time of checkout.
Please note our carriers can take up to 8-12* business days with standard or free shipping for your order once in transit.
A 'processing' or 'received' status means that your order has been successfully submitted.
We process orders as they are received by our system (unless an expedited shipping method is selected). Orders are processed Monday-Friday (we are closed on weekends and holidays) and for orders placed after 12pm ET will be processed and be shipped the next business day.
Once your order leaves our Fulfillment Center, we’ll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to ‘Shipped.’ That means it’s heading your way! You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or using the TRACK MY ORDER page
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it (including quantity, color or size). We can however make an address change if processing has not yet begun.
If your order has not started the fulfillment process, we may be able to cancel it you can CONTACT US to verify your order status. Making a request does not guarantee we will be able to cancel it. Since orders are charged at the time of placement, it can take up to 24 business hours to process your cancelation and the date the funds are credited back to your original form of payment will vary based on your bank or card company.

Can I update the address on my order?
We can make an address change if processing has not yet begun. Please CONTACT US with the order # and the full address to where the order needs to go.
