SHIPPING POLICY
Orders with Priority shipping that are placed on a weekday (excludes weekends and holidays) will be shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days. Ground and Standard will be processed and shipped to be received using the grid below. Note, Standard shipments can take up to 8-12 business days and will ultimately be delivered by either FedEx or USPS. Priority or ground shipping may not be available during peak sale times.
Please note we do not guarantee any delivery with incorrect shipping address information or is not delivered on time due to severe weather or acts of nature that delay the carrier. Shipping rates are based on method, total weight, and destination from our Aurora, CO facility.
FREE SHIPPING (everyday free shipping)
Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $49 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied, and that are shipped to a single U.S. address located in the contiguous 48 United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping. Not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO mailing addresses. Gift cards, shipping and handling charges, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Priority and Ground shipping will process within one (1) to two (2) Business Days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
REDIRECTING AN ORDER
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If your order is returned for an invalid or incorrect address your order will be returned to stock and the order will be refunded less any shipping charges.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
An email confirmation will be sent to the email as entered at checkout confirming your order. The confirmation will be sent within 60 minutes of your order being placed. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with both the carrier and tracking number. You can track your order at any time by clicking HERE
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy holds that items are eligible for return up to 7 days after the original receipt (delivery date noted on tracking). All returns require pre-authorization and must meet all return conditions.
Items considered eligible must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and have original tags or packaging. The entire set must be returned if you purchased a product as part of a set. Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear may be returned if all items are unworn and in the original packaging.
Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be refunded, credited, or returned. Please note we do not process exchanges and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
